Singapore different cuisines! CHICKEN RICE, PRAWN NOODLE, POPIAH, SATAY, ICE KACANG! ;D

Famous Chinese Rice!

Hi guys! JianSen is back again today. Introduing another Chinese cuisine today. It's... Char Siew + Roasted Pork Rice! Seriously, I always think that Singapore has the nicest Chicken Rice, Char Siew Rice & Roasted Pork Rice in the world. I really like Roasted Pork Rice. The two/three layers of meats and fats between in the roasted pork. Doesn't it make you drool? As always, I like Roasted Pork Rice more than Chicken Rice and Char Siew Rice. So gonna introduce this Char Siew + Roasted Pork Rice I ate in Koufu @ Pioneer Mall.
Here's the picture of it!

And then... Here's ther map of it!

Alright! Let's get to commenting about the food. I really like their Roasted Pork! The skin of their Roasted Pork is sooo Crispy. ;D

As for their Char Siew, I will give it a normal rating.. It's just okay.. Like any other normal Char Siew. I don't really like their braised egg. I think that it is too blend. Maybe they didn't cook long enough for it. So.. I don't really recommend people to buy their egg and Char Siew. Cause it's just normal.

But anyway. If you are a Roasted Pork lover, I think that it's really worth to try it out. Don't miss out the Crispy Roasted Pork. ;D

The price for it is fair.
$3.00 for it.

Overall, I will rate 7/10. But for just the Roasted Pork. I will give it a 9/10. ;D

That's all for the post today. Bye guys!

P.S. CRISPY!

Creamy Chicken Spaghetti

Western Food!

Hello everybody (:
Today I will be sharing with you all about western food.
Name of the dish: Creamy Chicken Spaghetti
Cost of the dish: $3.80
Place of the location: Canteen 3 @ NP
Rating: 7/10

Creamy Chicken Spaghetti consists of mushroom, chicken, spaghetti along with creamy sauce.
For the spaghetti is well-cooked, as in other stalls there are some which the spaghetti are too hard, but for this stall is just nice. For the chicken it come in chucks however it is a bit too hard and difficult to chew. For the mushroom it taste too soggy as perhaps the stall owner soak the mushrooms in water for too long.  Overall the spaghetti taste great together with the mushroom but not with the chicken, maybe it will taste better if the stall owner add ham or sausage.
That’s all for today, stay tuned for more!

Mee soto!

Hey guys! Feeling hungry? At NgeeAnn Poly's Makan place, you can buy a bowl of Mee Soto for the price of $2.80!

Lots of noodles ehh? This time the soup base is a bit sour(Mouth watering now?). The amount of noodles the person gave me was a lot and I almost coulden't finish it. However, there wasn't much chicken given and this meal is pretty much chicken noodle in a sour soup. But at a affordable price of $2.80, I think this meal is really worth it and you should give it a try!

6/10  for Tastiness
6.5/10 for Service

Piece of advice : The dish is very soupy, so handle it carefully when carrying it to your table to eat!

Longtong!

Hello! It's me again! Today I'm going to introduce you guys to another malay cuisine food! Guess what it is! It's longggggg.

Here's the picture to give you a hint!

Answer: Longtong!
Normal set doesn't include the 2 fried potatoes. It costs $2.80(notice how malay cuisine meals are cheaper) :D

Longtong is basically rice cakes that are served in sweet gravy, and it includes lots of cabbage as the gravy is actually cabbage curry! However, the curry is a bit too watery and bland. But still, the rest of the meal is sastifying. This is bought from NgeeAnn polytechnic's Makan Place.

6/10 for Tastiness
6.5/10 for service

Food In A Claypot!

Hello guys! It's back to JianSen again! Back here to introduce another Chinese cuisine. **Drumroll** The... Bean Sauce Pork Ribs Claypot Rice! The rice is really nice. But I don't really like their pot. Cause they used some other material pot instead of original claypot. So... the best part of the rice seems to be disappeared, which is the burned rice. Nevertheless, it's worth a try, thought the burned rice is missing out, but it's still tasty.
So here's the picture of the rice. ;D

And here's the map! It's locate at Kopitiam @ Jurong Point, 3rd floor.

Just as I said, it's worth a try. The rice isn't too dry, and the pork ribs is really nice. I think they cook for a long time, for the pork ribs. And, it's free! If you want to add rice. The normal serving is quite small. Cause once you eat it, you will like keep on going, and unlikey to notice that you are actually finishing it. So.. recommend to add rice. Overall, I think it actually deserve a rating of 9/10, but -1 for no burned rice and they are not a real claypot. So, 8/10!

Price: $5.50.

That's for the Chinese cuisine. Signing out~ Bye guys! Stay tuned!

Mee rebus!

Hello, I'm back!
I found a malay cuisine meal which is quite tongue sastifying while at Clementi Mall's foodfare.

I bought Mee Rebus, which means noodles in gravy. It cost me $2.80 and this is what I got.

Looks delicious isn't it? As usual, the amount of noodles malay stall owners tend to give is a lot and I almost coulden't finish it! The soup is not too thick nor too watery, however, the taste wasn't very strong and I could taste the noodle-lish taste. The egg was normal and I think this is worth your money if you plan to save money. However, the stall owner of the malay food stall actually speaks good English! Haha.
6.5/10 for flavour
8.10 for service

Piece of advice - See those green chilli? It's spicy like WOOAAHH!
